Key Feature
- Marine grade plywood frame: Using cross-laminated kiln dry plywood (same as yacht deck material), through high pressure resin impregnation treatment, the resistance to distortion is 300% higher than that of ordinary wood.
- The joint is double fixed with stainless steel dark tenon + marine epoxy adhesive, which can resist the extreme temperature difference of -30℃ to 50℃.
- Sandwich filling structure:
Upper layer: open-hole latex cotton (fast drainage, soft when exposed to body temperature)
Middle layer: High density silicified foam (provides support, permanent mildew protection)
Bottom layer: breathable non-woven fabric (to prevent condensation at the bottom) - Salt spray test: Simulated coastal environment 3000 hours without corrosion
- UV aging test: equivalent to outdoor exposure for 5 years color loss < 15%

Returns & Refunds
