- Salvaged wood: Mexican Ash & European ash, both sustainably harvested or recycled wood, retaining its original natural traces.
- Oyster cutting process: manual cutting wood may contain the organic characteristics such as crack, sear, water damage, these are not defective, but the years with a unique natural mark.
- Reactive dyeing technology: manual besmear to brush the chemical activity of reaction with the natural wood tannin dye, form the different shades of color, highlight the administrative levels of wood grain.
- Acrylic paint: the final cover matte or half matte acrylic paint, enhance water proofing property and abrasion resistance, while keeping the tactility of natural roughness using bare steel plate, deliberately exposed to outdoor wind and rain, rust, dent and spots, produce distinctive "texture" dimple over time.
