Crystal / Alabaster pieces (selected finishes)
Metal hardware (polished, brushed, or painted options)

2. Furniture Samples
Includes:
Fabric swatches (upholstery options)
Wood / Stone samples (selected finishes)
Metal hardware (legs, handles, or frames)

How It Works

2️⃣ Proceed to checkout – Pay the sample fee via the link.
3️⃣ We prepare & ship – Samples are ready in 2-3 business days, with delivery in 10-12 days (varies by location).
4️⃣ Review & Order – Once approved, proceed with your full order!
📌 Note: Sample fees may be credited toward future bulk orders (conditions apply).

Shipping Update (U.S. & Canada)
Due to recent changes in international shipping rules, here’s what you need to know:
1. Standard Shipping (Air or Sea Freight)
- Starting April 15, we’ll ship all orders by sea.
- Delivery time: 15–25 days.
- If you need it faster, let us know—we can arrange express shipping (extra fees and possible tariffs apply).
2. Tariff Fees
- Standard (Sea): We cover the tariff fees for you—no extra charge.
- Express Shipping: You’ll be sponsible for shipping and any customs/tariff fees.
3. Default Option (Sea Freight)
- If you don’t request express, we’ll ship by sea after confirming with you.
- Sea shipping time: 35–45 days.

Returns & Refunds
- Returns accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once we get the item back and inspect it, your refund will be processed in 10 business days to the original payment method.

Unloading Info
We deliver door to door.
If any item is over 6.5 ft (2m) long, you’ll need to unload by yourself.
If the package is very heavy, please have a forklift ready.
